This gorgeous, oceanfront property was completely renovated and put on the market... empty! An empty house, no matter how beautiful, offers no inspiration, no emotional connection, and no sense of space. Properly furnishing a home using items of proper size and style can effectively add the WOW factor that everybody looks for when they walk through a house. On completion of this project, the homeowners fell in love with the finished product... so much so that they decided to sell their other home and move into this one; it happens!!

This condo was a complete reno, the owners’ first flip! Situated close to downtown, it had great potential for young professionals or homeowners who wanted to downsize and get closer to the city. But an empty space doesn’t give much to envision. After bringing in furniture, accessories and artwork, it’s not so hard to conceive how one could use the space. And of course, the condo sold!!

It is necessary to return the rooms of a home to their original purposes. For example, if you have turned your second bedroom into an office, it needs to go back to a bedroom. If the listing states a two bedroom house; potential buyers need to see the second bedroom, in order to appreciate the home’s true size and potential.
